The new Group structure came into force on 1 January 2022.
This comprises Kursaal Interlaken Holding AG as the parent company
and its subsidiaries, Congress Kursaal Interlaken AG (CKI) and Casino Interlaken AG (CI).
This innovative structure aims to ensure greater financial transparency
for the companies and to establish an efficient management system.
The activities of the former IC&E AG will continue seamlessly within this new structure. As part of our performance mandate
with the municipalities of Interlaken, Matten and Unterseen, financed by the tourism promotion levy,
we present Interlaken at study trips and customer events.
