BOOTH INFRASTRUCTURE
Order all the essentials for your upcoming congress at Kursaal Interlaken
quickly and conveniently through our online shop.
For each event, we have a dedicated webshop, which remains open until the last Friday before the event at 8 am.
After that, a day shop with a limited selection is available.
For last-minute on-site orders, a service fee of CHF 20.00 per purchase applies.

Webshop checklist & instructions
DELIVERY
To ensure a seamless delivery to the ramp, please consider the following points.
This is essential for a smooth process and to avoid any delays.
Ramp & parking space
Vehicles may be parked at the delivery ramp for load-
and unloading materials. Afterward, they must be moved immediately to the public parking area.
If the exhibition stand construction or exhibitors bring their own pallet trolleys,
they must have solid rubber wheels.
Pallet trolleys with polyamide | hard plastic | cast, or metal wheels are not permitted inside the Kursaal Interlaken.
Any damage will be charged to the exhibition stand construction or exhibitor.
Kursaal Interlaken does not have a forklift.
