We’re ready for summer – and with it a new favourite spot in the middle of Interlaken.
From May 2, the Kursaalgarden will be open for guests
to lean back, soak up the sun and enjoy fine drinks and snacks with a stunning view.
Our Container love ‘POP-UP Bar & Snack’ brings a breath of fresh air and summery lightness to the park.
Whether for a quick panini during your lunch break, a glass of Sarti Spritz with friends or simply to enjoy the view of the Jungfrau –
is where enjoyment meets atmosphere.
A varied culinary selection awaits you.
From classics such as the Chicken Caesar Salad and crispy Alsatian tarte flambée up to a traditional Chäsbrätel – vegetarian options are just as possible here as they are hearty and filling. Various warm paninis ensure uncomplicated enjoyment in between meals, and if you prefer something a little bolder, go for our loaded fries with a lavish topping. The popular ‘Kalte Lust’ ice cream, creamy, regional and simply irresistible, is the perfect sweet finish or simply for in-between meals.
The summer mood also extends to the drinks. In addition to classics such as the refreshing Aperol Spritz, there is now the Sarti Spritz – our summer drink 2025. Blood orange, mango and passion fruit meet sparkling Prosecco and bring a holiday feeling to your glass.
Of course, non-alcoholic refreshments and coffee specialities are also available.

every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
from 11 am to 6 pm
additionally open on selected and special occasions.

At our POP-UP Bar & Snack in the Kursaalgarten, we also focus on environmentally friendly enjoyment,which is why we are now a partner of reCIRCLE. With the reCIRCLE reusable containers, you can now enjoy our food in a sustainable and stylish way. Not only will you enjoy good food, but you’ll also be doing something good for the environment at the same time.
Simply bring them with you, have them refilled or buy them on site for a deposit – and you’re part of the reusable system. Together we can reduce packaging waste and make summer in the Kursaalgarten even greener.
